Belarus counts on foreign loans in order to build the first nuclear power plant, Belarus Partisan quotes Viktar Marakhin, the deputy chairman of the Budget, Finances and Tax Policy Committee at the House of Representatives, as saying.
He noted that Belarus would announce a tender for the construction of a nuclear power station.
“Russia, France and, possibly, Germany are expected to take part in the tender. Moreover, Russia and France are ready to give loans to Belarus for this project," said Viktar Marakhin.
