A short circuit occurred in an external 400 kV switching station. It resulted in a disconnection of both 400 kV and 110 kV lines to all four units: Unit 1 failed to cope with the load rejection, it resulted in a reactor scram. Unit 2 and 4 reduced their power to the level of self-consumption. Unit 3 that had been shut down for refuelling, lost power supply and one of its two operable DGs failed to start automatically.
