Unit 1 was under planned maintenance on 18.05.94 during routine surveillance of containment's dome part the ruptured parts of prestressed cable wires were detected.
Cable N5 - 7 wires ruptured
N11- 30
N20 - 9
N50 - 80%
N64 - 20
N66 - 30
The commission on the event cause elimination is working. The event has been classified as "1", degradation of defence in depth.
